I’ve decided to step out of my shell a bit and start filming some mini Vlogs so that you can see what I do on a weekly basis.

I’m excited about this mini series because I’m going to be as real and authentic as possible. Many of the social channels can really hide the vulnerability that people go through daily because of the ability to prescreen and select whatever we so please.

The vast majority will only share the “cool” things that happen or the things that make them look good.

I don’t have a problem with that, but I’d also like for you to see the challenges that exist for someone like myself. I’m taking on the risk of being vulnerable and authentic and I’m pretty excited to see how it all plays out.

Starting out, I decided to film a squat workout. Chris (my film guy) and myself didn’t really have a game plan and didn’t anticipate this would turn into the first Vlog. This was released because, well, we filmed it. Moving forward, it will be a tad different with some more structure.

This workout sucked. It was hard and really pushed me both physically and mentally. My suggestion to you is to give it a try!
